Facts :-
Heard today dated 27.09.2012. Appellant not present. The Survey of India is represented by Shri R.K. Meena, Director(AA) and Shri Neeraj Kumar, Superintending Suyeyor(CPIO).

2. The only controversy in the matter is whether or not to supply copies of appellant's ACRs to him. Suffice to say that in terms of the Supreme Court ruling in Dev Dutt's case, an officer/employee is entitled to the copies of his own ACRs. In view of this, the CPIO is hereby directed to supply copies of ACRs to the appellant for the requested period on payment of requisite fee.

3. This order may be complied with in 03 weeks time.
