ADDRESS OF PRESIDENT MSA FOR HIS ABSENCE

MINISTERIAL STAFF ASSOCIATION | 11:02 AM |
FROM :

SUJIT SINHA, PRESIDENT CHQs,
MINISTERIAL STAFF ASSOCIATION,
SURVEY OF INDIA .

TO
THE  HON’BLE  GUESTS  AND DLEGATES PRESENT IN THIS C.E.C. OF M. S. A.

FIRST OF ALL  I  WOULD LIKE TO  APOLOGIES  TO ALL THE HON’BLE AND DISTINGUISHED GUESTS AND DELEGATES,  FOR MY ABSENCE FROM THIS  VERY IMPORTANT AND PRESTIGIOUS C.E.C. OF OUR ASSOCIATION BEING HELD IN THIS MARVELLOUS AND HISTORICAL CITY OF BHUBANESHWAR, DUE TO SOME EXTREME  PERSONAL  DIFFICULTIES  WHICH COMPELLED MYSELF  TO BE DEPARTED  FROM YOU  RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT.
YOU ARE ALL WELL AWARE THAT  WE ARE PASSING THROUGH A VERY CRUCIAL JUNCTURE OF TIME  NOW-A-DAYS.  NOT ONLY AS A CENTRAL GOVT. EMPLOYEE IN GENERAL, BUT ALSO BEING AN EMPLOYEE OF SURVEY OF INDIA IN PARTICULAR,  OUR LIVELY-HOOD IS ALMOST AT STAKE  DUE TO  SOME EFFORTS ARE BEING TAKEN BY OUR HIGHEST AUTHORITY FOR IMPLEMENTING  SOME VERY DANGEROUS ANTI-EMPLOYEE  POLICIES IN THIS DEPARTMENT.   I AM SURE THAT NOT ONLY  THE EMPLOYEES,  BUT ALSO THE TOP EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF  THIS  OLDEST AND VERY IMPORTANT  CENTRAL GOVT. DEPARTMENT WILL BE  AFFECTED TO A GREAT EXTENT,  IF  SUCH POLICIES  ARE  IMPLEMENTED  IN THE COMING  FUTURE.
IT MAY BE UNDERSTOOD BY ALL CONCERNED THAT IT IS A COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTY  OF  ALL EMPLOYEES AND OFFICERS  OF THIS DEPARTMENT, IRRESPECTIVE OF  CADRES AND GROUPS, TO  STAND UNITED  SO THAT THE  NAME  OF  “SURVEY OF INDIA”  SHOULD NOT BE EXTINCTED  FROM THE HISTORY OF INDIA ;  AND I AM SURE THAT THIS MATTER WILL  RECEIVE  ADEQUATE  IMPORTANCE  AMONGST ALL OF US  TO GET RID OF  THIS  MOST  ALARMING  SITUATION.
I TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO  EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE AND THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR BEING PRESENT IN THIS MEETING  AND FOR EXTENDING YOUR  HELPING HAND,  IN STEAD OF WHICH THIS MEETING COULD NOT BE  ORGANISED .
I WISH THIS C.E.C. A GREAT SUCCESS.    THANKS TO ALL OF YOU.
                                                                                    SUJIT SINHA, PRESEDENT CHQs.
